ORDER tokens are used for voting on governance proposals which have a direct impact on the protocol and organizational policies. As with other governance tokens, a greater number of ORDER holders can signal a more resilient protocol and improve the overall quality of governance decisions.

Orderly Network tokens can also be staked to earn VALOR, based on the amount staked and lockup duration, entitling users to a share of the protocol’s treasury and trading rewards. 60% of the net fees collected by Orderly Network go toward the Orderly treasury.

Orderly Network was founded by Ran Yi and Terrence Ng, both of whom previously contributed to WOO exchange, and they are supported by Arjun Arora, COO.
